After last week\u2019s hometown visit, it is very clear that Peter is ruining his season.\u00a0 He claims to feel a strong connection to all three of the girls left in the running\u2014even telling Maddison that he loves her. Yet, watchers are still searching for the proof in his words.<\/p>\n
The only \u2018connection\u2019 I see while watching is Pete\u2019s love of red flags.\u00a0 If a woman cries or, as Peter puts it, \u2018opens up\u2019, she is almost guaranteed a rose.\u00a0 This is very evident with Victoria F.<\/p>\n
This week\u2019s episodes were focused on meeting each girl\u2019s family and seeing where they came from.\u00a0 Peter was told by an old girlfriend that Victoria has a bad reputation in her hometown, Virginia Beach. After this encounter, Victoria and Peter end up having a fight before he is able to meet her family.<\/p>\n
Now, never in a million years did I think I\u2019d be advocating for the hot mess that is Kelsey\u2014but her hometown date went off without a hitch.\u00a0 Her and Peter had a really good time (without any drama, for once) and he seemed to fit in with her family.<\/p>\n
Yet, even without meeting her family and the majority of their date spent fighting, Victoria F. was given the rose advancing her onto next week and Kelsey was sent home. Recently, it seems like all Victoria and Peter do is fight.\u00a0 Yet, he continues to send her though to the next week.<\/p>\n
Before she was sent home, Kelly questioned whether or not Peter was truly ready for marriage because she saw him continually rewarding drama.\u00a0 In my opinion, Kelly hit the nail on the head.\u00a0 Peter continually rewards the women who cause drama. The moment his relationship with Kelsey became easy and drama-free, he sent her home. But, the moment drama entered his relationship with Victoria F. she is given a rose and advanced into the next week.<\/p>\n
I tend to agree with Kelly\u2014is Peter really looking for his future wife or is he playing the Bachelor game for ratings and reviews?\u00a0 If he were truly ready for marriage, I see no logical reason for him sending Victoria F. through after last week\u2019s events.<\/p>\n
